Xpos-RE is a web platform that seeks to address the exploitative practices in the Nigerian real estate sector that is making sheltering unbearable for Nigerian masses.

Xpos-RE provides the Nigerian masses the opportunity to report real estate exploitation practices, ensure the confidentiality of the individuals reporting the case, investigate the reported case, and if the case is confirmed as legitimate, the identity of the real estate agent and/or landlord involved will be published on the website, along with details of the exploitation.

The public disclosure of the real estate agents and/or landlords involved in reported cases is intended to serve as warning to others which helps prevent further victimization, sanitize and regulate the Nigerian real estate market.
